The location was excellent. The vavin metro stop was only a minute away. my room was very clean and included a kettle and coffee maker, which i found very useful. the air conditioning worked well. I had a comfortable stay. i appreciate the quiet neighborhood.

The staff were attentive. It was really nice. room service was provided daily. I appreciate it. the traditional french tea at breakfast was of high quality. The breakfast was very tasty.

the location was really convenient. it was very close to multiple transport options. the room on the 5th floor was quiet (a big plus!). the bed was possibly the most comfortable bed i have ever slept on.

The room we had was very cramped. the bathroom was worse. there was not a single hook in the room or bathroom to hang towels or anything. the toilet seemed like one you would find in airplanes. Terribly cramped.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the Vavin metro station. It made getting around very easy. The staff was quite helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. The continental breakfast offered a varied and satisfying selection. The room's air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature.

The lift was somewhat small, and sometimes there was a wait during peak hours.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, a nice touch needing a quick refreshment. A small business center includes two computers and a printer, useful for printing travel documents. A luggage storage service allowed me to securely store my bags both before check-in and after check-out.

My Classic Double Room featured a comfortable bed with quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days. The room included a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water bottles upon arrival, and I liked that. There was also a flat-screen television with international channels.
